The Greenland Volunteer Fire Department provides fire suppression, rescue and hazardous material services to Greenland, New Hampshire.  Greenland is a rural, seacoast community with approximately 3,500 residents.  The volunteer fire department is comprised of  Firefighters, EMTs, First Responders, Dispatchers and Support personnel.  All volunteers undergo formal training before responding to an emergency call.

We're always looking for new members to join our department.

BURN PERMIT NOTICE:

Residents must contact a Deputy Fire Warden or Fire Warden to request a burn permit at least 24-hours prior to their burn. 

Burn permits requested with less than 24-hours notice may not be issued.
